the Lifestyles Unlimited “Real Estate Investor Radio Show.” Starting
with bad credit and no money, Steve has done dozens of single-family
deals, owned 13 small apartment complexes and is currently a principle
in over 3,300 units of multifamily. Steve does not just talk investment
real estate, he lives it. Join Steve every Monday through Thursday at 2
PM as he discusses the principles and practices of the successful real
estate investor. He teaches how to use real estate to build wealth and
passive, realized monthly income streams. He will also answer your
questions live, on the air, covering everything from single-family
houses to 500 unit apartment complexes. You can ask questions on
everything from locating, evaluating, negotiating, closing, financing,
managing and more.
